The budget...could also raise concerns about Japan’s fiscal health.

Those concerns have been around for about 20 years, and Japan's "fiscal health" has remained far more solid than most other countries that run more balanced budgets. Time to put this erroneous assumption to rest.

Canada used to be the OECD's most indebted country in the 90s, and the media barrage was insufferable. It all turned out to be for nothing. You'd think people, let alone policymakers, would learn by now how public finance in a currency-issuer country works.

The government also expects around 62.5 trillion yen in tax revenue 

A cool 39 trillion deficit to go on the outstanding quadrillion of debt. No one will notice.
