Japan, S Korea differ on how to deal with Kim Jong Un

I wonder if anyone in the Abe cabinet has actually taken the time to look at a map and realize that it says "Korea" and not Japan on it?

(Yeah if folks want to get technical/anal I am speaking generally here and am not going to take the time to write all the names out in Japanese or Hangul!)

Point is, Japan can disagree all it wants, but it shouldn't be "news". Korean's need to work this one out, and Japan and the rest of the world should work to the end of assisting to push the peace process along, and not look to continually stick a wrench into the gears of progress!

It doesn't matter. This is not "news". If the US, South Korea and Japan agree that CVID is required of North Korea then there's no problem. And from the article it shows that South Korea and Japan are in agreement,

It is reporting on what a Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera, and other politicians have said. Where is the fake news?

No one said it's "Fake news". I said it's "Not News". The writer tries to paint a "dispute" while his own article quotes the South Korean Defense Minister saying exactly what Japan is saying, that the objective is CVID.

NK is demanding money from Japan so why not Japan say something?

Poor Japan. Abe Shinzo has worked so hard to be the best Puppet but the Master keeps pulling different ways on the strings and forces Japanese officials to mouth his thoughts....however ill formed they might be.

A new normal in Northeast Asia is on horizon and Japan becomes to itself again: being a Northeast Asian nation, as 3000 years ago. For Japan to be respected, Northeast Asia has to be respected; for Japan to be strong, Northeast Asia has to be strong; for Japan to be peaceful, Northeast Asia has to be peaceful. Without Northeast Asia, Japan is nothing, as simple as that.
