Monitor the situation and do what exactly? Throwing special relationship talking points in our faces while kotowing to the whims of the empire can not begin to be described as hypocrisy

Japan should stay out of it.

Japan should stay out of it.

Japan has an interest in not seeing the proliferation of weapons-grade nuclear material because Japan, if you have forgotten, is the only country to have been nuked. If you have forgotten, don't worry, you'll be reminded of it in August.

Wao, never knew Japan is so important and active in international diplomacy even if it is against the demands of the U.S

Chip Star the United States nuked Japan not Iran and we have not forgotten!

If Japan wants Iran to stick to the agreement, then it should reciprocate and buy Iranian oil, as agreed. It is time that the world stood up to America's bullying.

UN, Japan, NATO and everyone knows that an international nuclear deal with Iran is less than what USA wanted to earn from war.

USA fail to chess Kim ( NK) and like to show performance on Iran issue to make their citizen happy.

How about researching pacific nations? Don’t get me started on depleted uranium munitions used

Depleted Uranium or DU [1] encased bombs that have been used since 1991 by US and NATO forces knowing well that the use of DU weapons is illegal being weapons of mass destruction [WMD] and amounts to War Crimes. These weapons were used in Gulf War 1 against Iraq, then in the Balkans and later, after 9/11 events, in Afghanistan, Iraq, North Africa, Libya and now being used in Drone bombings in Pakistan.

Iran has no desire to nuke Japan and until Trump stepped in was a trading partner.

But they have the desire to nuke Israel, which is unacceptable, ever!

Again, Japan must find trading partners other than the US (America First), and along with other nations of the world, start isolating the US. The world is slowly starting to realise that it is hostage to the US, well and truly under the hell of Washington. And, again, the US is only as strong as the world allows, without the support if NATO and its other allies, the US is a drop in the ocean. Support and appeasement of the US has just resulted in constant war for the past 75 years. Time to try something else - get a backbone.

use Tokyo's amicable ties with Tehran to ensure peace and stability in the Middle East

We hope to use our traditionally friendly relations with Iran to solve problems through dialogue and achieve peace and stability in the region

Trump actions make that impossible.

By pulling out of the deal and now demanding everyone else do the same and apply sanctions on Iran.
