Abe's face seems to be in deeper trouble than ever. He might really have pressured to bureaurocrats directly or indirectly to make friend's dream come true that his school starts next April.

This man's face does NOT radiate happiness. Abe, you're wandering too far from the shore!

This is the 'leader' Japan deserves. Apart from those who didn't vote for LDP and those who went out to demonstrate against him, I have absolutely no sympathy for the Japanese who either voted for LDP or those who couldn't be bothered to vote. By the time these people show regret or fear, it will be too late. We might not even be able to give our opinions on websites like this in the future. No sympathy at all.

Many News Shows of Japan had avoided to mention about Defect and Problem of Anti-Conspiracy Law.
Self-Censorship in Japan continue to deteriorate.

I understand this sentiment, but please bear in mind that there is a large portion of the Japanese public that abhors Abe's policies. They voted against him and his princelings and are not getting what they deserve.

China is communist country you do expect it, Japan is a democratic country are worse than China hiding behind the name of democracy but acting like a dictator so called freedom!

Democracy is an illusion here in Japan. Keep the public working long hours and provide them with cigarettes and liquor that is available to them 24 hours a day. Keep them dummed down and placated. They'll never lift the veil and see the true japan.
Exactly. Most of the public opposes foreigners' right to vote, yet ironically, had we had that right, I seriously doubt he would have EVER become PM.
Same here. You reap what you sow. ANd the stupid argument that you vote LDP or not at all because the opposition is not so good is BS. You vote to keep this maniac from completely destroying Japan. You vote so that you get the lesser of 2 evils. And the opposition is a MUCH LESSER evil than the dictator we have here.
Plastic- Sorry mate. Rarely disagree with you but here I think your analysis is flawed. abhor Abe's policies-yes. voted against him-no. He wouldn't have won so comfortably if that was the case.
Very true. Its called a wolf in sheep's clothing. The margin between Japan and China is closing VERY fast.

Abe did not win any elections in a democratic way. Japan is far from a democracy. Abe pays cash to farmers in the countryside who receive triple voting power. Those old farmers don't give a damn what he's doing as long as they get their money.
If Abe and the LDP didn't have this insane system of literally purchasing votes, they would have been kicked to the curb decades ago.
There is no democracy in Japan. The LDP manipulates the rules, parties merge together etc. for the sake of passing illegal laws. This country is a political basket case. It's too bad because it had started to make some progress in the late 2000's.
