Dear Ivanka: feel free to join official government functions once you've been elected on your own ticket. America is not a monarchy, yet. Trump's "bring your kid to work day" approach to high-stakes international relations has got to stop.

There is no truce and any talks will go nowhere. Trusting trumps word is a waste of time and any treaty is a waste of paper.

That simpleton is rewriting an destructive trade deal with a country that has had the most predatory trade practices short of the British Empire. That no one here is aware of that or how it has resulted in deflation for Japan is beyond me.

Trump's opponents have figured him out and know fully well he has no teeth. This is an easy battle to win for them. A little too easy. Typical bullies behavior is they go after the weak but will coward if they get counterattacked. It is what it is.
