The EU has a dwindling population and decreasing percentage of world trade. It is involved in approximately 25-30% of world trade. Why wouldn't the UK thrive in the other 75%? The UK is a net contributor to the EU, they can have our trade or the USA, China, India, Japan etc can benefit more! Only scaremongerers believe that the UK wont adapt and advance its economy and interdependence with other countries.

Yes, for about 4 years. Out something like 117 years since the Anglo-Japanese Alliance ws signed in 1902.

The UK trades and does business with many countries. Japan is just one them.

After a few telephone calls, Honda, Nissan, Panasonic, Sony, Toyota are all still operating in the UK.

The EU has failed. Wealthy nations has stripped poorer nations of thier independence and dignity as thier banks has loaned and stolen the futures of generations of people from Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc.

Today Poland, Hungry and others refuse to follow laws that the EU cannot enforce as it relates to thier sovereign judicial systems. And unfortunately with the weakening of NATO perhaps the Europeans will once again... OMG, I can't finish my thought.

What policies are you talking about? Japan is actually doing rather well compared to Britain in most areas. I speak as someone who is a resident of both Japan and the UK.
