LDP to have women lawmakers in the party I'm not against and I support more women to be politicians. The problem is when 2 women lawmakers of LDP highlighted every hour on TV news, knowing of all those scandals happening in Abe administration and creating more scandals to show face as politician? Come on, ladies, you show much ugly faces associated to their dirty mind using LDP as a shield. I feel nausea to see their faces, switch to other channel to see same faces again, that's suck!

Stout denial! This is LDP standard operating procedure.

Works as well as anything else when dealing with the brainwashed masses.

The event has been carried out in line with the government's long-held practice. But as I know there has been growing criticism from the Japanese people, I will sincerely reflect on this and conduct a thorough review as part of my responsibility,

where do they come up with this BS?? Oh and one more thing...

Abe said he takes the blame for having appointed Kawai and other aides as Cabinet ministers who later resigned following money and gift-giving scandals.

And just how, pray tell, are you going to do THAT?

"Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Thursday denied he made false statements over a publicly funded cherry blossom viewing party and pledged a "comprehensive" review of the event as the opposition piled pressure on him."

Oh, PHEW! He's going to self-investigate. That Always reveals the Truth, especially when the person has already declared themselves innocent but "will double check".

Keep the pressure on! The only way to force any changes here is for the public opinion polls to significantly drop.

That's right. Just keep chipping away until the tower of Babel collapses!

However the problem then becomes Abe calling a snap election, which he knows the LDP will win!

That's my worry too. The snap election is Abe's trump card (no pun intended).
