Friendship between India and Japan is good to counter hostile nation china .

It does not seem right for Moonraker to comment that Japan has no principle in the likelihood of striking a nuclear deal with India, especially to say that relevant principle is being compromised for money! India has had concluded nuclear deals with many countries since the time it struck the nuclear deal with the US, and Japan is not the first or the last one. And, India is a responsible nuclear power unlike others like Pakistan which has legally or illegally sold nuclear weapon making technology to other countries notably North Korea! Japan may have refused nuclear deals with India in the past but circumstances then were different from what prevails today!

Reminds me of the time when Canada was trying to sell nuclear reactors to India. But India couldn't afford them. So we gave them the financing as well ! Nutty. It's such a dying industry that it reminds me that if you're in India for nuclear reactor reasons, then you're at the end of your rope.

Any country is better off than having nuclear waste to hold on to for millennia. The worst pollution on any scale.

A much better friend could have been made if you helped them reduce their pollution, not introduce new pollution!

No doubt they used the "As the only nation to have suffered a nuclear attack, we cannot allow the proliferation of nuclear technology without guarantees..." argument that works until money becomes a factor and all supposed morals go out the window.

Anyway, Abe's bend-over trip is in full-swing. India is guaranteed to get whatever it wants, and it must just be drooling over the possibilities.

How many trips does Abe need to make with his entourage of interpreters,,valets,,right hand men etc while we pay for him and others to do so? One rule for the rich.....
