It is easy for any nation thinking that it actually negotiated the actual deal when it did not, to make demands on a country that has yet to open itself to the country that actually initiated, negotiated and got the deal. Any deal has hopefully a win-win situation for the two countries making the deal. However, it does not mean nor guarantee that that particular deal was meant for and was for other nations.
Obviously there was a "give and take", a mutual understanding with benefits for both sides. Other nations have NOT offered "any" benefits to either of the parties that negotiated the deal. At least we do not have knowledge of such side deals that may have been made with other countries.
Demands by the so called world community does not have any "value" or "benefit" for N Korea or even the US. Such moves and public pressure may actually make the situation worse much more difficult to consummate the original deal. Let N Korea know the exact benefit and value for N Korea if they were to continue and proceed with the publicized deal, which is to denuclearize. (But also note that there are no specifics that people agree to as denuclearization.)
Remember too that, there is NO Peace Treaty signed and sealed yet.
There is NO guarantee that US or any allied nation will protect N Korea from China or Russia, other than S Korea.
All this outside noise may be goog publicity for those nations, but they are not realistic nor pragmatic. As Japan is trying to do.., go directly and negotiate with N Korea if they are willing. If not, make an offer to bring N Korea to the table. Dare to have a "face-to-face" with Kim.
Sadly, most nations making demands are only interested in their so called "security" and may have no interest to actually help or to work with N Korea. They already have enough problems internally or immediate external threat.

They have got nothing yet but done a lot.

Good luck with that, NK just wants sanctions loosened without giving up anything.

And if N Korea doesn't deliver and China tells them to pound sand, then what?
