So any joint military drills by China and Russia near Japan is a provocation and reason for Japan to develop nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles for defense. I guess that is clear then.

The point is to track maritime traffic and identify ships engaged in sanctions busting by making at sea transfers of prohibited goods to other ships that bring the goods to DPRK. These ships turn their AIS system off but something like the Aurora (a Canadian version of the P-3 Orion fitted with the sensor package from the old S-3B Viking) can do very well. Every ally takes a turn doing this.

I think the Ukraine support is falling apart,the US has said in public no ,that Ukraine is not joining NATO,this would be a blow to any government,even you still getting aid ,make Zelensky be a little shaky,I will not be surprised if a Ukrainain agents leaked these Pentagon papers on Telegram, Russian got all kinds of agent in Ukraine government Google Ukrainain Pentagon Papers
