China government has been cleverer than Russia's one. Japan and China have the opportunity to build even stronger partnerships and cooperation projects for mutual benefits than engaging in conflicts. Instead of expending money on weapons and ammunition Japan and China should invest in joint venture initiatives aiming economical growth
