Everyone knows Abe is relishing this summit, as things have quieted down a bit on the scandals front, he needs to focus attention on his belief that he is a "leader" and "diplomat" and will push to control the agenda.

He will do his damnedest to control the talk and force it to focus on NK and the kidnapped families and nukes.
