It is a long time since theBritish govt was running drugs in these waters. And not so long ago a small island nation was having a bubble.

I hope so. Do the Chinese have radar jamming capability? Kinda like how the russian's (su-24) electronically incapacitated the USS D. Cook.

How come only now this statement has been made by the Chinese? And what damage will it do to fishing in the area to pile sand on top of reefs? Fish bred in healthy reefs because the reefs harbour food. With a growing shortage of fish in the world, particularly in area that eats so much of it, this is a thoughtless act.
