IMO what is it the problem. If NK plan to launch rockets fine as long as it is not an act of war. Sometimes I wonder if Japan have the capabilities of intercepting any rocket attack. Unless they can manufacture those interceptors. But if not and have to buy from allies this interceptors, then it's plain business for armaments. We all know USA manufacture those. Let's put it this way. If there is a computer virus, there are manufacturers of anti-virus and vis a vis.
