Funny, this twat is associated with Nippon Kaigi and is viewed as a right winger. Yet it didn't stop him from accepting illegal bribes from a south korean which forced him to resign around the time of the tohoku earthquake.

If there is anything more dispicable than a right wing scumbag, its a a right wing scumbag who doesn't even hold on to his right wing principles.

A slimebag. I bet he's going to be the leader of a party someday soon for the THIRD time.

This was the guy who tried to play hard ball with the construction companies and local politicians in that Gunma damn project years ago More substance is needed.

He's history.

I think the ex-DP independents, as well as upper house DP members, as long as they are not closet right-wingers like Maehara, should immediately sign up with Edano's CDP. Then the remnants of the Social Democratic Party as well as a renamed Communist Party should also join up, and together thrash out some policies which they genuinely agree on and which oppose the LDP and its clones, Kibo no To, Ishin and Ozawa's 'Liberals' etc. That way we might end up with a true political choice based on competing policies. Wouldn't that be great?
