Free world unite, out with dictators.

Just how many times a day do you type the words "proxy war" on JT and other sites? I wonder.
Regardless, no matter how many times you do this it will not change a thing: the Ukraine war is not a proxy war, but a war of aggression by Putin, and Putin alone.

Still Putin's War

Japan and Poland can always get nukes if that makes you happy.

EU is 27 counties so they have to all be in agreement before they can move forward on an accord.
That's why it's worded like that.

There needs to be clear assertive action, detail the so called joint drills, FON (Freedom of Navigation), maritime security measures, Few and far between.
EU member states still totally reliant on China's subsided "cheap" supply chains.

Don't worry, Japan will not and never can join NATO.
Joining NATO requires the new member to have resolved all outstanding territorial disputes; in other word, Japan must renounce claims on the Liancourt Rocks, the Southern Kurils, and have over the Diaoyu Islands to Taiwan before Japan is allowed to join NATO, which will never happen.

JJE, American could care less about Japan and Europe, they on their own and better learn to deal with it

I guess they just need and want Japanese money, because they are quasi bankrupt due to their open border policies as well as higher necessary budgets for own defense and Ukraine support. The little psychological trick of calling Japan a "key partner in the Indo-Pacific" region for opening the wallet widely is quite a bit simple, cheap and easy to understand. What do they in return offer for walking into that trap, some international sports events and medals or Unesco acceptances? Probably something like that. lol

Yes, world's entering a dark period of proxy wars and global destabilization that seems to be worsening day by day and adversely effects nearly everyone on the planet.
Entire EU suffering adverse effects of Ukraine proxy war and escalation risks on their economy, inflation, mass migration and rock-bottom policy-leader approval ratings.

This has all the implications, connotations of another a bureaucratic talking shop, needing endless papers and briefings.
A tax payer funded pretence of a group that will one day stop talking and actually action a proposal that comes close to it function and portfolio.

So, the guys who can't ensure their own security and rely on the Americans are looking to someone else who also the relies on the Americans...

EU sounding MORE desperate by the day. Like a drowning swimmer trying to drown the lifeguard.
US NATO Ukraine proxy war eastward expansion efforts have destabilized entire world and continue to act as the key catalyst for Mid-East and Far-East escalation & risk, and fueled global weapons proliferation to NK, Iran, etc.
