"What is sensitive in Japan about chocolate? What is sensitive about spaghetti?"

Obviously Sig Petriccione misunderstands, and needs to "be explained" to for a further 20 years that in the case of food:

Japanese digestive systems are different than foreign ones In the case of spaghetti, it's our culture. Japanese customers demand exacting standards, which only Japanese chocolate makers can satisfy.

"But if you look into dairy products, where’s the problem in Japan for cheese?”

Well, what will the Japanese cows do if they lose their livelihood? Shortages are part of our culture. If supply matches demand, customers will no longer appreciate the unique Japanese flavour. Japanese milk is delicious.
