Shinzo does not care as long as someone else takes the attention away from his incompetence. The current situation regarding COVID-19 is and always has been his fault.

He is hoping to wait until everything dies down, so he can be the PM again when things are easier.

Pathetic neither of them have have the guts to actually face the public on the street. Ever wondered why they never mingle with the public? At all. Last time Abe appeared, was in Akihabara and he was heckled, yelled down. A total embarrassment for him, he has never appeared again except for invitation events. Suga (Mr Burns) is following the lead and purposely avoid any contact with the voting public. They are pathetic leaders afraid of the public.

Agreed leadership is earned not given, as is respect.

I cannot believe they put Suga and Abe in the same sentence. Its like dumb and dumber.

Did Abe go to prison for his corruption charges? Forgot...

Right so Abe backs Suga and for sure Suga backs Abe..... That's normal for the party to survive and be in power.

The question is who backs these two, from the voting public and even more why????

Strange how, after all his scandals, Abe only resigned after the pandemic started.

To be fair to Suga, he was actually in favour of seperate surnames for married couples which puts him one tiny step ahead of Shinzo at least.

Nikai is a Shadow Shogun. However, the true masters of Japanese politics are the Pentagon, the intelligence community, the Trilateral Commission.

Looking through the current crop of ministers I can't see a credible alternative.

Hopefully, the kiss-of-death. Or is it the rise of a shadow government?

Yes, through all history usually the weakest is elected king, but in this case even a more weaker could be found, what can’t be repeated further. That’s why he must stay and continue forever. lol

Wrong. Mr Suga does not cut it.

The body language screams, I Want Out !!!!!!

These two should not be anywhere near positions of leadership or decision-making.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Suga deserves another term, but in a much different setting.

you could throw a rock into any crowd in any city in japan, and you’d still pick a better leader than either of the two buffoons.
