Oh dang. He's already pulling out this card. He is indeed, a good candidate for PM...

Don't forget to pack the bento boxes like your dad did.

It's all lip service. I don't know why they're on TV, on the net and talking all over the country. It's not like we have any say in this, it's the LDP who will decide. Heck, Kato said that he would double our income. Short on substance but these folks don't care. Wasting a lot of time and money on this. I'd like to have town hall meeting with these clowns.

If he stepped up to do this then it would be a positive step and being ‘cool and sexy’ then I’m sure he would be a hit in North Korea.

Working up to 80 years old, more freedom for companies to fire workers,
that’s some of the policies he talked about. Not sure you want to see him as a pm

Great,
The Japanese version of "The Son of Trudeau Destroys the Country" is a Canadian movie i do not want to see here.

No citizens cannot vote directly in this election. The Elites get to decide and the same in the UK as well.

The more than one million LDP members can vote.

Why there's other parties competing?

Please stop. Koizumi, you are not the one.

Trump arranged a visit and shook Kim's hand. Koizumi could arrange the same thing (maybe through the US if Trump wins),

present PM Kishida, who LDP politicians and party members chose 3 years before, had also said "I meet with Kim" during 3 years, But it was nothing.

This is a bad idea.
MarginallyUninformed
Fundamentally, a PM is the "face" of the nation. I'm not convinced that Koizumi would be a bad choice - he's relatively good looking and his "gaffs" tend to be harmless and kind of endearingly awkward. He wouldn't be the best PM in the past 30 years, but also far from the worst.
Fighto!
People were saying the same about Trudeau Jr.
That hasn't exactly turned out brilliantly.
There has to be a bit more substance than youth and looks, I'd imagine.
