The title should probably read, "North Korea's absence at Olympics won't really be noticed by anyone."

One country that should redraw from the Olympics immediately is Brazil with the current virus situation there. Madness for them and Japan. If returning athletes bring another strain back to Brazil it would be even more disastrous for the country.

I wonder how many times I've heard this. From the article above, my understanding is that, it's Japan and Co that regrets the absence of N.Korea as a lost opportunity for holding diplomatic talks. Not the other way round. The guy up north knows his moves.
