Abe is eager to sell Japan's nuclear technology overseas, despite the suspension of most nuclear power generation following the Fukushima disaster, and is endeavoring to show it can offer the highest safety standards.

Excuse me ? True they don't have big earthquakes in France but "Japan's nuclear technology" hasn't shown too much evidence yet of being worth "buying" and as for the "highest safety standards" they've got to be joking ! Et non ! Ce n'est pas la peine ! France n'en a pas besoin !
