G7 pledges swift aid for Ukraine, seeks to calm Middle East

Seeks calm to Middle East by providing fund and weapon?

Group of Seven (G7) major powers pledged on Friday to bolster Ukraine's air defenses to counter increasingly deadly Russian attacks and told China to stop supporting Moscow's military industry if it wanted good relations with the West.

But nobody's listening

The narrative that the West has to choose between supporting Israel or Ukraine is wrong because these are two theaters of the same war," Kuleba told reporters.

Correct the west has funded and instigated both wars/war

Even Russia doesn't claim there were attacks on Russia prior to Feb. 24th, 2022.

Seems far from over but not too long ago aids were being planned for rebuild and recovery.

Propping up the Azov regime isn't aiding Ukraine, any more than helping the Azovs overthrow the last democratically elected government of a united, peaceful Ukraine was.

And insisting that Iran is supplying armed drones to democratic Russia based on the superficial resemblance between the cheap Russian designed and manufactured drone it is using, and the cheap Iranian designed and manufactured drone Iran uses doesn't transform the unsubstantiated claim into fact. Like the claims of Russia buying artillery shells from other countries that the American government hates, it's just the American government trying to explain away the difference between the fantasy about overthrowing democracy in Ukraine resulting in an easy win, and the unfillable money and military supplies hole it inevitably became.

The hypocrisy of those backing the genocidal regime in the ME trying to pretend it has the moral high ground with China is only matched by the hubris of the fading G7 threatening a member of the economically larger, more diverse, and growing BRICS with 'economic consequences' if China doesn't let the American government dictate Chinese policy.

Did any of these wonderful, globe trotting ministers call for a stop to the genocide in Gaza, No. Whilst I agree on the Ukraine bits, they have no real power to enact them, they just prance around the globe, eating up and wasting tax payers money for nothing. But hey, that is ok, they are politicians.
