The first priority of all nations is the safety of their citizens. Stopping the spread of the virus takes precedence over economic concerns at the moment. Economic cooperation will come to the fore once the immediate health crisis has passed.

The world should not be following the economic lead of a "business man" who has filed for bankruptcy 6 times including a casino, owes Russians oligarchs tons of money, and using his government position to make money for himself and his family at the expense of the public.
