just to clarify... ( i previously said “check your mailboxes” ) ... first you need to have your application paper ( that ,s coming in the mail ), send it back and then they,ll put the money in your bank account... from what i,ve been told, i don,t think they,ll let you know when ( weird huh ), so you need to keep checking your bank account... i know that many people already did the paperwork part, but still waiting for the actual money... so.. yeah ... still no money :/ ( 13th of June )

$90 billion isn't a lot of money and more is needed. The money shouldn't be used for cherry viewing and school building, but for producing goods. Fortunately, our neighbor is accelerating growth and Japan should take the opportunity by investing in the west China. I'm confused, they cut spending on special needs training and employment apparently because they had no money? They cut the pension / didn't raise it because they had no money?
