I'm no fan of Abe, Aso or the LDP in general, but to be fair, I think this one depends more on how efficient or otherwise your local council is.

Too little to late. The stimulus for SMEs was needed months ago, but he spent the money on his masks. Now he's going to have to fund unemployment insurance because of increasing numbers due to his prior inaction.
