why international casino developers? are japanese so thick, with their great history of gambling, not capable to open a casino by themselves?

@goodlck: There is no. experienced casino business man in Japan. If Hokkaido does not plan entrance fee, Boyd organization may be interested. Otherwise, Forget about Nevada group. They have been more interested in building professional football field in Vegas. And don't think MGM and Wynn stay as is. They might merge. Anyway, strange fees are bad idea.

Japan have to forget Vegas group. They are used to treat locals with free meals and free video game points. so that their casinos don't look like inside of a ghost town.

State itself. makes money. on marriage license fees. So, people who want to marry in Nevada can maayin airport. there are branches that check applicants' current marriage. status and rending wedding clothes. State. announced two billion dollars a year. income. They have choice of casiinos to spend money. Meanwhile each casinos pay. between $60 million to $90 million a year casino business license fee.
