Corrupt dictator club. Hun sen is ex Khmer Rouge. Opposition murdered, imprisoned or in exile. Abe, vet schools and nationalist schools. Birds of a feather. If tax is raised to 10% abe can give more money to such a club.

why don't you just drive by and throw our hard earned yen out the window at each and every country you visit and get drunk at?
