Neutralizing enemy servers, if on foreign soil, runs afoul of Article 5. A constitutional amendment would be needed. It's not just a privacy concern.

What Japan, which is said to be a paradise for spies, should do is create an anti-espionage law on par with Europe and the US.

The opposition parties are adamantly opposed to it, but unless it passes, we won't be able to properly exchange information with America and other countries.

Incidentally, Japanese fax machines are often talked about as a representative of analog, but fax communication connection times are longer in America and Europe. In other words, fax machines are still more in use in developed countries than in Japan.

If you want to symbolize analog in Japan, you should find something else lol
