What's he going to give advice on?
How to waste MORE tax payer's money?
How to travel around the world for absolutely no reason, while throwing away tons of tax payer's money?
How to give raises across the LDP board for achieving no positive results, whatsoever?

He's 59, making him about twenty years younger than the current President of the USA and a leading candidate for the next one. Kamala Harris herself is 59.
This may be an oversimplification, but the BOJ with their interventions sold a load of dollars at market highs and have since moved the market by 10% in ten days, seemingly with more to come. I would call this operation "effective" and dare I say it "successful". This is in the face of dozens of comments on Japan Today about them being "completely ineffective" and about the dollar-yen "going to 200". I hope the BOJ tipped off GPIF so they profited from the trade too.
