For the development of human resources, Japan will encourage workers to come from the Central Asian nations under a new skilled worker visa that was established in 2019 to attract more foreign laborers to the Asian nation amid an acute labor shortage.

Lol , japan just says it will ,then when it can't it says sorry . Keep burning that coal ,gas and oil while you got tons of sunshine and wind ,smh

It plans to offer language education support via the Japan International Cooperation Agency, according to the source.

With Japan’s aversion to foreigners and learning foreign languages this is not the best help that Japan could offer.

It seems to make good sense that Japan will include itself in this plan. So far no nation that I know of is completely free from using coal and CO2. This is a good effort and if it helps that's fine. It probably will help at least to some degree.
