Tremendous scope is existing for boosting our close strategic partnerships in diversified fields of our economies to further strengthen our relations . According to those in the digital world, the world leaders in programming are those from India and China, a combined percentage of over 60 percent. Many companies through out the world are hiring them. The silicon valleys of the world are apparently dominated by them. For Japan, the story is the same.
Having worked in the Personnel search area in Japan and having helped to prepare resumes for many foreigners applying to major Japan and US companies here in Japan, I can attest to the very high percentage of Indian and Chinese people in Japan's major corporations.
This alliance if consummated, will definitely be a boost for Japan's high tech industry.
