The aircraft will operate out of Hyakuri Air Base co-located with Ibaraki Airport. Hyakuri is the primary fighter base in the Tokyo region. In all likelihood they will use the Draughon Range further up the coast towards Misawa because it is probably the most sophisticated training range in the western Pacific.

Yep, close enough to have a border skirmish in the Tawang Sector in India’s northeastern territory of Arunachal Pradesh circa the second week of December this year. Any closer and the two countries would be at war. The brotherly love between the two nations is overwhelming.
