"Targets" lol. Remember if you can, way back in the Oughts, when PM Yukio Hatoyama (the guy whom the much more successful former PM Nakasone once referred to as "Soft Cream") promised the UN to cut all emissions in Japan 25% by 2020? Sounded great in New York, but...how did that particular "target" work out?

So why stop at a 40% target? Why not elevate your targeted cuts to, say, 8000%? lol. That will really give you a home run in the latest daily news cycle, eh, Suga-kun?
