Same 'ol LDP- never accountable and ALWAYS above the law, because they were made by and legitimize their benefactor's presence in Japan.

Same guy, different headline:

https://japantoday.com/category/crime/diet-speaker-suspected-of-bribing-local-officials-in-2021-election

The scandal is the latest to hit the lower house speaker, who was recently reported by a weekly magazine to have sexually harassed women including a reporter and an employee of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party.

Of course, he will resign should the court side with Bunshun. Right?

Well, at least he can thank himself for increasing their sales exponentially and causing far more people than initially interested to hear about and gain interest in the case. Well done!

Typical entitled, pompous J-old boy club member. Instead of explaining himself as Kishida said he would, he wants to bully Shukan into backing off. This is the same toad that was whining about his salary as House Speaker being too low for his " hard work".

Definitely seen the old sacho trying to pour drinks into whatever younger female staff get stuck with them uncomfortably after work at my own establishment. More than a few are extremely handsy, and treated as "its just how it is" sadly...

Hope dude explains himself. If you did nothing wrong good, if not... suing first doesn't make you sound innocent.

It is quite obvious nobody ever explained to him what the Streisand effect is. I look forward to things becoming much more exposed than in the article during the trial.
