How about Japan supports it's own people first. The western countries that were responsible for the mayhem in the middle east are the ones who should be giving the money, not Japan.

Huh? Have a riot, burn down a bunch of buildings and kill a bunch of people, then get REWARDED with FREE MONEY from the IMF?

I'm sure this plan will work out well.

Japan will contribute $12 million over a three-year period to a World Bank fund supporting economies affected by the Arab Spring uprisings, Finance Minister Koriki Jojima said on Friday.

The World Bank and this finance Minister should take a hike.

"Japan will contribute $12 million over a three-year period to a World Bank fund supporting economies affected by the Arab Spring uprisings, " Note, it says ~supporting economies affected by the Arab Spring uprisings~ not supporting Arab Spring Uprisers. Glad to see they are not supporting fanatic muslims of any shape or breed.

Japan should not support terrorists. All of the uprisings were by terrorist organizations. They might as well have given the money for Muslim World Domination.
