Certainly doesn’t make the PM look like the strong visionary that he likes to sell himself as now does it? Follow away Abesan.

Trump's little lapdog.

Good move. Keep the relations with the US solid. In the mean time, Japan will work with India on the chabahar port and Iranian investments. PM Abe made a symbolic move but the real moves are still in play.

Poor old Shinzo. Still, that little bell he wears on his collar is quite cute.

This makes sense.
After all, Japan is getting so much back from Trump.
For example, trump will stay in the TPP to the benefit of Japan, trump will not impose tariffs on Japan based on "national security," trump will not demand Japan pay even more for all the American bases in Japan and... er... never mind.
Japan just announced it will buy even more weaponry from the US, while China will now get even more discounted oil from Iran, a country that the US' own intelligence says is abiding by the nuclear agreement.
Is the correct spelling 'fool' or 'tool'?

Made himself look like even more of a sycophantic, grovelling creep than he does already, more like. It must be difficult finding ways to keep praising this worthless excuse of a human being that actually correspond to reality.

Think of Trump as the Mad Scientist. Think of Abe as Igor.

Good job Abe. Show ur loyalty to the Trump Administration. It’s because of Trump, rockets are no longer flying over Japan.
We all want peace & security..... right? Right? Yeah, Mm-Hmm...... that’s what I thought-

Milquetoast Abe's "let's wing it", pusillanimous foreign policy seems to consist of merely listening with an ear cocked to HMV, like an avatar of "Nipper", but this time as a pet poodle.

" I go to NATO headquarter in Brussels but not to Teheran, as you told me not! At your disposal, sir!"

"But Japan, which has traditionally maintained stable relations with Iran."
Japan has always maintained stable relations with oil producing countries.
One cannot help but admire Japan;s sensibilities.

"If Abe had visited Iran this time, it would have been the first by a sitting Japanese prime minister since Takeo Fukuda's trip to the country in 1978."
So no sitting Japanese PM has visited Iran in 40 years, since before the Islamic revolution. I find that really sad. I've met Iranians in Japan, and they've always seemed good-natured and happy. The ethnic Iranian community in Japan, though small in size and basically a dwindling remnant of the go-go Bubble Era when planeloads of Iranians flew from Tehran to Tokyo for work, is significant in linking the two countries together. There are some prominent bicultural people of Iranian and Japanese heritage, including the baseball player Yu Darvish and the American journalist Roxana Saberi.
"Japan has always maintained stable relations with oil producing countries."
Well, the United States in 1941 turned out to be one huge exception, but since 1945 basically yes.

Holy crap, Abe is Trump's whipping boy!

Relax people .. No PM has been there in 40 years... MJGA
