Japan is currently inept. Politics going nowhere, a backward legal system, and failed policies. But the biggest problem seems to be corruption and nobody in Japan seems to be able to do a thing about it. I have to ask the question "Do the majority of people in Japan really want things to change"? Change is a dirty word in Japan and questioning the status quo is almost a crime.
