Japan, Poland's foreign ministers discuss security, economy

With all the important issues on the agenda, I wonder if they spent the last 10 minutes of their meeting just having a general chit chat.

The Japanese minister cited the near-certain unlikelihood of other countries doing bad things, to explain his lack of interest in actively defending his own country.

Poland recently offered $2B for permanent US bases. Looks like the Poles are looking to soak up some Japanese expertise on the matter.
