Sorry but I dont think there is any realistic way to stop people from copying images or downloading stuff off the internet. Hell you can rick click just about any image and save it, or screen shot it, snip it, or even take a shot from a camera on a phone.
The government critter types that thought otherwise are smoking some serious stuff.

Japan has such a different view when it comes to IP. Intellectual property which other countries complain about, willing to start trade Wars. Yet Japan has had its technology, anime, music, movies, food, be copied and used by foreigners overseas without even a Thank you Japan.

AlexBecu, does Japan thank China for everything since 3000 years ago ?
extanker
Does China thank the world for everything it has stolen for the last few decades? China is one of the worst offenders of IP theft on the planet. The irony here is too funny.
Akie
extanker, what exactly does China steal from the world ? China doesn't steal colonialism to conquer other's lands; China doesn't steal imperialsim to occupy other's nation; China doesn't steal other's govt to exploit their people.

I believe if you read my comment you would have seen it. But here, I'll repeat what everyone already knows:
'China is one of the worst offenders of IP theft on the planet.'
Here's some examples.
