Very positive to see India, the U.S and Japan getting closer.
In terms of Malabar, obviously there is the question Australia's participation but further to that, I wonder about the position of Indonesia. Would be great to see any outreach to ASEAN really focus on Indonesia. The bigger political/religious picture doesn't make it easy with both Indonesia and Pakistan being majority Sunni Islam and India & Pakistan having quite a poor relationship at this point.
Vietnam needs to be another major focus.
