Don't believe those decorative and deceptive languages in that bluebook, Japan 's ego is nothing mutually beneficial to others. The release of radioactive water dispute shown she does not want to hear a word from neighbours but her own narrative false story!

Japan can promote. But it is a waste of time. Because there is no such thing as "mutually beneficial" in China's diplomatic playbook. It must be beneficial to China, and a loss to the other party. If not today, then ten years down the road. And if they complain they need to "correct their wrong thinking".
