The Yoon administration is undoing the five years of massive damage created by the NK appeasing Moon adnministration. Necessitated by current global events, the polarization of democracies and autocracies, a situation whereby the threat of conflict with North Korea is the highest in decades. For South Korea, ensuring it's security through alliances is an absolute must.

SK and NK should reunify like East and West Germany. 

Not happening in our lifetime. Too many events would have to line up simultaneously. PRC and Russia would both have to be on the ropes and the Kim family out of power. The Kims will never allow reunification unless a Kim is the dear leader of the resulting unified Korea. That isn't going to happen. The Kim family would have to be stripped of power, and Russia failing, and the CCP out of power. All at once. Don't get your hopes up.

If you look at how Germany unified, the East made a decision to move away from the USSR which by then was visibly weakening and make an approach to the west. Other Warsaw Pact nations were also agitating to get free from Soviet control and the Soviets made no serious attempt to prevent this. They couldn't. They were falling apart themselves. The Poles had been fighting the communists in their nation for almost a decade. I don't see that sort of dynamic appearing among DPRKs neighbors any time soon.

Well if the USA hadn't intervened in the signing of the peace treaty between the Korea's we wouldn't be in this mess.

The USA also intervened with the peace treaty between the Soviets and Japan by threatening to keep Okinawa

What about peace treaty ? means nothing as treaties exist to be broken up ?

SK and NK should reunify like East and West Germany. Japan should then sign a free trade agreement utilizing NK cheap labor and resources and the South’s technology. Only condition, NK/SK demilitarization.

The question is that Korean people in North and and in South on the peninsula don't know if they really want to be reunified. Especially under Kim Dynasty? Come on, only to enlarge Korean diaspora? If the same ethnicity and the (almost)same language are the ultimate driving force, we wouldn't see this kind of mess today.

Listen to ordinary people, they care only their ordinary peaceful lives.

The "smallest kid on the block" is historically the bully. DPRK has a history of an unprovoked attack on the Republic of Korea, encouraged and armed by the Soviets, and has developed a nuclear arsenal and the means to deliver those nuclear warheads that none of DPRKs neighbors have. DPRK continues to threaten to attack ROK, Japan and the US. DPRK offers nothing to anyone but oppression, poverty and possible death in war. Why would ROK, Japan or the US allow that to be imposed on the south by force? The three allies would be foolish indeed to ignore those threats. Remember there is no peace treaty, only an armistice. ROK and DPRK remain legally at war.
