Mexico backs Japan joining TPP talks

Should Japan choose not to join the TPP, then its trade agreement with Mexico won't be worth squat.

Hope Mexico and Japan keep the good relationships in all the ways, that Mexicans know that Japan is something more than videogames and anime, is a country that can share a lot of great things with our nation. BTW the spelling of our president name is funny, without the ñ his name sounds like "shame"

Now the interesting thing here is that Yahoo.com has a Reuters story stating that Japan will officially join the TPP by the end of this month. Either Reuters is looking too far ahead to assuming that it will be a done deal, or the PM is ram-rodding the deal behind the backs of the rest of the government and the public.
