Japanese gastroenterologists have a very good reputation for diagnosis, with some advanced X-ray, imaging, endoscopic and biopsy techniques. However, once the problem is diagnosed, their management and treatment leave a lot to be desired.

Nepal couldn't even diagnose that dark “stain in his large intestine?" ok, once the problem is diagnosed he should return to Nepal or New Delhi.

My uncle-in-law got the same cancer my father died from and is still walking around, hopefully permanently cured. And yes, my uncle-in-law was treated in Japan.
