Kim Jong Un's look-at-me strategy. Winter is coming and someone is desperate for aid. The US should just maintain sanctions, engage in only cyber warfare, publicly ignore lil Kim, and let China deal with NK aid.

Remember, when Trump was still a candidate in the Republican Party presidential primaries, he told CBS News in February 2016 that he would "get China to make that guy disappear in one form or another very quickly," referring to Kim. How did that turn out? That is right! It turned it to vacation trips together and love letters with the Dear Leader.

China considers North Korea its "proxy" in its strategy for deterring Washington and causing chaos for US allies in Asia; however, it also becomes a danger for the CCP.

NK's improved missile capabilities means that the capital city of Beijing is within range of its nuclear-armed neighbor's missiles.

North Korea's strategy of nuclear armament could make enemies of Washington and Beijing at the same time, posing risks to East Asia more broadly.

N Korea fires 2 more ballistic missiles toward sea

The Japan Sea is getting an absolute pounding these days.

Wasn't conservative darling Ronnie Reagan's Star Wars suppose to suppress the danger of these rogue ballistic missile launches?

One must think ABM research was not totally abandoned by the USA.

By the way, we have not heard much from the outspoken Denny about more American forces coming to the rescue of Japan nor his anti-American views stemming from his father-abandonment issues.

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also confirmed the North Korean missile launches, saying the weapons firings are "absolutely intolerable."

And when the situation is ‘intolerable’ then the resulting action is to do nothing which is ‘expected’

Don't contaminate the Sea of Japan.

North Korea is on target to be the first nation to be obliterated by the USA using Nukes.

The world won't do much as no one really cares either way about the stupid nation. OK China might say a few harsh words but will not defend lil Kim

And we all live happily ever after, the North Koreans never have /had so no regrets, no tears

It's hard to say who craves media coverage more, Little Kim or Donald Trump.

Just shoot their missiles down.

Simple.

Kim has fired how many ballistic missiles over the past two years and the international reply is the same every time: condemnations and a few more sanctions. He is desperately backed into a corner with a nation of poverty, with the exception of the upper elite.

He isn’t seeing attention merely but, in his insanity, is perhaps looking to destroy as NK is being destroyed by him.

With all these missiles "falling" in the sea between Japan and NK one has to wonder if they are just aiming at the many boatloads of N. Koreans trying to escape.....

Kim keeps feeding the fish his expensive missiles while starving his people.

imagining talking about someone ages after he left office. brainwashing was deep here

Is he an Admiral now,it must be a burden, million of people you have too control,it would drive many insane

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

Nice job Kimmy boy! Giving the opposition a chance to test their own system which seem to be a bit lacking at the moment....

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

Lil' Kim really needs some food aid.

I wish we (US, Japan, S. Korea) would COMPLETELY IGNORE these launches. Fatso clearly wants attention, and we indulge him with attention each and every time. I'd love to see how he's react to no reaction whatsoever.

And yet, many fanatics continue to claim that Japan is the 'aggressive' nation in that region of the world.

One seemingly random 北 top left. I wonder how Koreans both North & South feel about mostly ditching Chinese characters.

He must like wasting money, this has become boring news now.

The Japanese media should just play it down as another embarrassing attempt to seek attention.

Just ignore the idiot and he will eventually become bored firing missiles with no attention shown.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

At this rate, he'll probably run out soon.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

hey if we keep getting him mad he just run out of missiles

All these countries are firing missiles into the oceans. This cannot be good for the oceans. Lots of lethal chemicals spreading in the ocean water. Polution.

@evegaijin Kim is a loose cannon

A cannon, that seems to be part of the arsenal held by the anti-west cabal, how will Putin , Xi and the Ayatollah use their little loose cannon.

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said North Korea's continued launches were "absolutely intolerable"

they say as they continue to tolerate them.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

seems we feed his craving for headlines. Don’t panic and have a cup of tea! I’m sure the LDP will use this to their advantage though.

North Korea’s test-firing of missiles has counted 20 times since February 2017 with this latest one included. I wonder how much it costs them per launch

Aren’t the launching costs making a dent in its national budget?

Fire one back near him for every missile rocket man sends, same distance as it lands near us.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

There right, but us and SK fired 5, so, they lost. 5-3
