What is a suspected missile? And. A third world military, ill equipped, lacking sufficient resources to power the machinery of war and antiquated weapon systems, is hardly a threat to world peace. NK lacks sufficient resources to power its military transport vehicles, let alone wage a protracted war of any length. It is armed with outmoded artillery, which is its key means of offense. Its navy and air force are non-existent. They only represent a danger to themselves.
