The TTP. What could possibly be good about a trade agreement so secret that only government and a select group of business people are allowed to see the contents?

Did you read the article? They are in the process of publishing it so everyone can read it. Even the people whining about it being secret can read it. Sheesh!

< I highly doubt ALL the details will ever become public knowledge and if by chance they actually do, it will be too late to stop or change this agreement. How long will this "process" take? Oh that's right, you don't know, and up to this point, you don't know anything about what is really being said in these secret meetings. >

The Japanese government released it today.

The US govt. says the full text will be out within 30 days.
Some details are out: Beef producers will see 74 percent of Japanese tariffs or tax lines on beef eliminated or cut over 16 years. Pork producers will see 65 percent of Japanese tariffs on pork eliminated in 11 years or less, and 80 percent in 16 years or less.

The US govt. says the full text will be out within 30 days. The full text of what?
Some details are out: Lol. Officials from the last Four TPP meetings made the claim that their were no recordings nor transcripts taken from any of their meetings. Yes, more than some details will be left out and the "full text" might be full, but only full of very selective information, that's been well scrubbed to be palletable for the general public.

Putting it simply... if the full text of the agreement isn't available... how can any of it be held up in law? It can't. The full text will be available.

The public is programmed to accept what they are told and the politicians are only concerned about getting reelected.

You can "sell it" all you like, but nobody is buying it.

Obama is totally a socialist. Totally.
