US manufacturers have always made good money from Japan with it's current pacifist constitution. They will be able to make more not from Japan but from other nations as they will now be ale to jointly develop weaponry with Japan.

This is a slippery slope. Once Japan allows one questionable practice it opens the door to other questionable actions.
