Excellent news! He will win too. PM Abe looks so happy. The people of Miyazaki are very excited to receive the surprise visit from PM Abe today. Farm regions especially love PM Abe.

Why do voters in the countryside like the LDP?

Well, it begins with s and ends with y!

Ishibashi or Abe?

Not really a choice as they are cut from the same cloth....

Ishiba wants to promote growth in rural areas more than metro areas whereas Abe seems to promote more of a trickle out from the city approach. Ishiba’s ideas are interesting, but Abe has the advantage with connections, I think.

Japan's luckiest roly-poly.

Sure victory for PM Abe in September election over Ishiba .

Giggling like a little kid.

Ishiba looks scary to me. I hope Abe holds on.

Apart from the "Excellent news", I agree with you. Which is probably a first!

I don't like that LDP anymore, getting Abe of scandals to be candidate again and that dim Ishiba expected to lose this battle twice, it's like circus clown performance...Is LDP a political party of a "show in the house". Same story of no good news, that s**ks!

Picture captions?

Abe: "This is what you're doing to me, Ishiba!"

Woman: "Eat more of these. Good for IBS."

Abe: "Be damned with your vegetables!"

Woman: And Ishiba thinks he can win?? Bwahaha! It's not his turn in musical chairs!

Advisor in black: Young lady, now, just pick up anything. Anything! Yes, that tray of vegetables. Great! Now, look off into the distance between my head and the next man's. Great! Pretend Pretend someone farted... but it was someone you know, like a nephew or something, so it's hilarious. Now, PM Abe, do something wild and spontaneous. Sure! Yes! Grab a cucumber and pretend you're on a segway! Great! Now look off in the distance past the young woman! Yes! That's the target you're going to go a high speed to on your shiny new segway! Now, hold that pose! Say cheeeeeeze!

We all know it's a farce. Abe will win, and he'll change the Constitution as he's always desired, saying he'll explain it later and make people understand. Ishiba might end up PM after him, but he's got to wait his turn at the game.

Japan's luckiest roly-poly.

The guy always lands on his feet.

He must be hanging on to make the final push for the SDF changes to the constitution.

Japanese cucumber, small but firm. Try to bend it, Abe, to show your exquisite hand job.

Japanese cucumber, small but firm. Try to bend it,

without girth or length a cucumber really isnt a cucumber

I've seen bigger, firmer cucumbers.

That basket of just picked veggies looks scrumptious.

But a cucumber that grows absurdly large will be soft to the touch and have no flavor.

the age old excuse used by people that only eat small cucumbers, cucumbers could be made of granite if there isnt enough substance your always going to feel unsatisfied. Once youve eaten large delicious cucumbers there no going back to the small skinny cucumbers. A little too much is always better than not quiet enough

judging by the thumbs down many haven't tasted the bigger firmer cucumbers, oh well you do with whats available to your area.

see even the lady in the photo thinks larger cucumbers are better shes touching one with her thumb.
