which would violate rafts of U.N. sanctions barring it from tests using ballistic technology.

Yes 'ramp up' that's a perfect way to describe it.

While North Korea was not officially on the agenda for the talks, Kishida said after the meeting that the three countries confirmed that its denuclearisation would be in their "common interest".

Kishida - perhaps if Japan wasn't under the nuclear umbrella of the United States and perhaps if Ukraine hadn't given up their nuclear arsenal and got invaded by Russia then maybe your interest in the denuclearisation might logcally make sense

Personally i doubt North Korea will ever abandon it's nuclear weapons

, Kishida said after the meeting that the three countries confirmed that its denuclearisation would be in their "common interest".

I think Kishida is mistaken because China doesn't have an interest in North Korea denuclearisation

Japan , USA and south Korea do tho !

China has a defense agreement with North Korea because China doesn't want anyone else but North Korea on that border , hence the defense agreement and Russia also

Just leave little fatty square head kim chee alone
